We ship using UPS & USPS priority mail. Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number 

Unfortunately, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have not received your package please contact USPS to inquire about your package  

If your package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee
